💸 Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to services provided by RKS Enterprices Services through its Disciplin platform, including the Disciplin School and Staff mobile apps and the website www.disciplin.in.

1. Service Nature

Disciplin is a subscription-based software platform provided to educational institutions for administrative and academic management. Once a subscription is purchased or service is activated, access to platform features is granted immediately.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Institutional Subscriptions: Schools or institutions may cancel their subscription by providing a written request to support@disciplin.in at least 15 days prior to the next billing cycle.

  • No Cancellation of Current Cycle: Cancellation will only be effective from the next billing cycle. No cancellations are permitted mid-cycle for active subscriptions.

3. Refund Policy

  • Free Trial Period: If a free trial is offered, users are encouraged to evaluate the platform before purchasing a subscription. No refunds will be provided after the trial ends and billing begins.

  • No Refunds After Activation: Once a paid plan is activated, no refunds will be issued, except in cases of:

    • Duplicate payment

    • Technical error from our end causing complete service inaccessibility for over 7 consecutive days

In such cases, please contact support@disciplin.in within 7 days of the issue with transaction proof.

4. Payment Gateway and Fees

  • Any transaction fees charged by the payment gateway are non-refundable.

  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–14 business days.

5. Unauthorized or Fraudulent Transactions

If you believe an unauthorized transaction has occurred, please report it immediately to support@disciplin.in or grievances@disciplin.in. Investigations may take up to 15 business days.

6. Changes to Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on www.disciplin.in and effective immediately upon publication.
